The view from the summit of Mount Stol will leave no one indifferent. Stol is the highest peak of the Goli Krš mountain (1156 m). It is situated between the mountains Veliki Krš, Mali Krš, and Deli Jovan. It represents an extraordinary oasis of greenery, silence, and flowery meadows. Suitable for hiking, mountaineering, paragliding, hunting... It has 13 well-maintained hiking trails. Every step towards the summit offers an opportunity to discover the diversity of flora and fauna, while panoramic views take your breath away.
At its foothills lies a small mountain lake, adding a special charm to this landscape, offering refreshment in the summer days and a fairytale-like scene in winter. Mount Stol is located approximately 20 km north of Bor.
How to get there:
To reach Bor, take the A1 highway exit at Paraćin towards Zaječar, then take road 36 through Čestobrodica. From Bor to Stol, take road 393 over the Cepe pass, which intersects the Bor - Gornjane road. At the Cepe pass, turn right and follow the signage.
